2010 Sainte Fumee
Here we would like to quote one of our professional tasters: “While I really loved last year's classic Sainte Fumee, this one kicks the living daylights outta that one! It has a brooding dark purple color, a nose loaded with sweet black fruits, currants, violets, bacon, roasted meats. On the palate, the wine explodes in every direction. It is incredibly dark and dense and powerful, all without being overdone. The finish lasts forever. OMG”

Good full bright ruby. Complex, scented nose offers violet face powder, black olive tapenade, licorice pastille and black pepper. Supple, fat and generous but with harmonious ripe acidity and suave tannins giving shape to this lush, sweet blend. The tannins are sweet and the long finish wonderfully perfumed.

Offers striking depth, power and lift, with loads of dark berry, dried herb, blackberry, loamy earth and melted licorice flavors, ending with gripping tannins and a strong push of fruit. Syrah, Tempranillo, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2014 through 2024.
